Made from food-safe plastic, Cookie Faux is a thick, flat, cookie shape with a small blade for cutting fondant on the bottom. The color of cooked dough, the plates are 10mm thick with an mild abrasive surface so royal icing adheres and dries perfectly.
Great for practice and anyone in the baking educational market. Educators can teach with Cookie Faux and reuse as many times as they want. These are also identical sizes to our cutters.
