ALL POSTAL SERVICES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN DELIVERING PACKAGES ACROSS THE US. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE DOING OUR BEST, BUT TRANSIT TIMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
WHERE DOES FLOOF CUTTERS SHIP TO?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our shipping costs generally run $5-$8 and is based on the number of items in the order.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your order is placed before 3:00 pm CST, it will be processed for shipping within 1 – 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order, inventory, etc. Holidays can and will take longer at times and this occurs usually from September to March for us. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our facility in Texas. We always use First Class 1-3 day delivery, but there is no guarantee on actual delivey arrival dates. If your packae hasn't arrived within 7 days, please contact us. If it is during holiday season, expect delays of up to 5-7 days. We are not responsible to postal delays so please order in an ample amount of time that allows a delay since it is unfortunately, commonplace now
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders will take longer. If you are in a rush and have a specific deadline, please do not order because we cannot guarantee you will get it in time.

We currectly don't provide rush fee options, but if you need your order faster, please contact us to see if there is something we can do to help.
I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM. IF I CONTACT FLOOF CUTTERS CAN IT BE ADDED TO MY ORDER?
Only on a case-by-case situation. Don't hesitate to ask although we cannot guarantee we will always be able to accommodate.

You will email your tracking information the day your order ships.
